Yes. Our workmanship warranty transfers to the first subsequent homeowner at no charge. GAF manufacturer warranties are also transferable within the first 20 years (System Plus) or the full warranty period (Golden Pledge). We provide transfer documentation as part of your closing package.

GAF, as the largest roofing manufacturer in North America, backs their System Plus and Golden Pledge warranties directly. They will assign another certified contractor to handle any warranty claims. Manufacturer warranty claims may take 2-4 weeks depending on the scope of the issue and material availability.
