4. Insurance Claims Assistance

Goliath Roofing provides assistance with the insurance claim process as a courtesy to our customers. We are not insurance adjusters, public adjusters, or legal representatives. We do not guarantee any specific insurance outcome. Customers are responsible for their own insurance policies, deductibles, and communications with their insurance providers. We make no representations regarding the amount of coverage or reimbursement you may receive from your insurance carrier.

5. Warranties

Roofing warranties are provided as specified in individual project contracts. Manufacturer warranties are subject to the terms and conditions of the respective manufacturers. Goliath Roofing's workmanship warranty covers defects in installation and is detailed in your project contract. Warranty claims must be submitted in writing.
