$18-$35/hr based on experience and role. Roofers earn top-of-market rates. Sales estimators earn base plus commission with no cap on earnings.
12 months/year

Must have Florida roofing experience. Proficient in tile, shingle, and metal installation. Physical ability to work on rooftops in South Florida heat. Must own basic hand tools.
Territory-based sales role covering Broward or Palm Beach County. Company vehicle provided. Conduct roof inspections, prepare estimates, close deals, and coordinate with insurance adjusters.
Manage 5-10 active roofing jobs simultaneously. Coordinate crews, order materials, schedule inspections, and communicate with homeowners. Construction management experience required.
Answer phones, schedule inspections, manage CRM data entry, coordinate between sales and production teams, and handle general office tasks. Construction industry experience is a plus.
